Do GE bulbs work with SmartThings?
It does work with SmartThings hub but you need to update the Zigbee Firmware on your Smartthings hub. Smartthings found them right away and set up was easy.

How do I add an IKEA hub to SmartThings?

Is C by GE Zwave?
C-Life is a dimmable “living room” bulb, but it’s not color tunable. It’s preset to 2700K, a nicely warm, incandescent shade of light. Neither of the C by GE bulbs will work with conventional or Z-Wave dimmer switches. As with most Bluetooth bulbs, C by GE bulbs set up very quickly and painlessly.
Why won’t my GE C bulb connect?
Delete the device from the Cync (C by GE) app. This will factory reset the device. If the factory reset is successful, the bulb you’re setting up will blink 3 times, or the plug LED will blink blue. If the light or plug LED don’t blink, you’ll need to factory reset each bulb or plug manually.
